Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim call 1-509-534-2896. At that time, we will ask for the sale number so we can verify warranty information

All products have been serviced and tested to assure them to be in good working order.

Products have a limited IN SHOP WARRANTY, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. Warranty only covers parts and labor.

The warranty is an in-shop warranty and only covers parts and labor. It is the customers responsibility to transport the unit back to our facility for repair or replacement at our discretion. Paid installs come with a two-week in-home guarantee.

In Home Guarantee

Meaning: We will come back to the install location diagnose and repair said appliance.

If repairs can not be done on location, we will transport the unit back to our facility for further diagnostics and repair. Once repairs are complete, we will transport the unit back to the original install location and reinstall the unit.

If a customer purchases an appliance and does not pick it up within 30 days or make arrangements for additional storage time, we will consider the appliance abandoned and the customer will forfeit the down payment and appliance.

If the cost of the repair exceeds the value of the appliance, we will exchange it for one that is comparable.

Exemptions

What the warranty does not cover: clocks, dents, knobs, scratches, smells, light fixtures, light bulbs, self-cleaning mechanisms, water dispensers, ice makers, and their components, or interior parts to the refrigerator, or units tampered with. Problems caused by transportation. Issues on the part of the customer ie faulty installation, misuse or abuse of the machine. If a refrigerator is laid down that will void the warranty. Overloading the washer, hooking units up to faulty wiring, commercial use will void the warranty.

Shipping & Delivery

Coverage Area

Our coverage area covers Cheney and Clear Lake to the west. South the cut off is the town of Mica, to the North is Clayton, to the east is 15th street exit in Coeur D' Alene, Id.

North in Idaho the cut off is Diagonal Road in Rathdrum, and HI way 53 in Hayden. South in Idaho the cut off is West River View Drive and lake Coeur D' Alene.

Delivery days

Deliveries occur on Monday and Wednesday each week unless the store is closed for an emergency or holiday.

Installation

36-inch refrigerators and 27-inch laundry centers are considered difficult installation

We do not hook up or disconnect water supplies for refrigerators or gas lines for ranges and dryers. We do not install dishwashers.

Washer fill hoses and dryer duct is only supplied with paid installs.

The condition of the hoses, duct, and wiring of the home are solely the responsibility of the customer and the damage they cause.

We are not responsible for any flooding.

Dryer vent will only be attached if physically able to do so based on customers set up.

Prices for delivery with installation are as follows: standard within the free drop off area to exclude 36-inch refrigerators and 27-inch laundry centers is $100.00 dollars.

Standard install within the coverage area outside the free drop area is $150.00.

If your install is deemed to be a Difficult or two persons install in the free drop off coverage area it is a $150.00 dollar charge.

Difficult or two persons install within coverage area outside the free drop off area is $200.00

In the event that the purchaser can not be present for delivery a person at least 18 years old has to be present for delivery to be completed.

On delivery day we will call and give you a delivery time window. If no one answers the first call a message will be left for you to call us back within 15 minutes. If no one answers the 2nd call your delivery will automatically be rescheduled for the next delivery day.

Removal

Removal of your old appliance is available for an additional charge of $25.00 dollars for non-refrigeration appliances. Refrigerators and freezers are an additional $50.00 dollars.

It is the customers responsibility to remove all trim, molding, and anything else that interferes with the installation of the new appliance.
